Broderick is an Associate at Arnett, Draper & Hagood, handling a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters on behalf of the firm’s corporate and individual clients. He has tried cases involving insurance defense, personal injury, breach of contract, and workers’ compensation. In addition to his trial experience, Mr. Young has represented clients in matters ranging from the prosecution of claims of intentional interference of business relations on behalf of a textile manufacturer to the defense of consumer protection actions against airlines, automobile parts manufacturers, and internet providers. He earned his B.A. Degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his J.D. Degree from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Mr. Young is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations.

Broderick is a member of Knoxville’s Civitan Club where he serves as co-chair of a fund raising committee and also serves on the Advisory Board for the Moses Teen Center for the Greater Area Knoxville Boys and Girls Club.
