Dan is a partner in the firm, and works primarily as a trial and appellate lawyer, with extensive experience in cases involving contracts, corporations, health care providers, products manufacturers, commercial transactions, insurance coverage, insurance defense, ERISA (employee benefits), federal court jurisdiction and procedure, and bankruptcy. He is a transplant from the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and a one-time newspaperman. Out of office, Dan bicycles, reads history, and listens to classical and other kinds of music.
