Michael Fitzpatrick, a senior partner concentrating on civil litigation, has tried many cases in state and federal courts. Mr. Fitzpatrick's experience includes a wide variety of cases in medical, hospital and dental negligence; health care law; general product and drug liability; aviation law and business/commercial litigation.
Practicing law since 1975, Mr. Fitzpatrick graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1974, and was nominated to the Order of the Coif, a legal scholastic honor society. Prior experience includes service in the United States Army as an intelligence unit commander with the 101st Airborne Division (Airmobile) in the Republic of South Vietnam.
