JACK B. DRAPER is a retired partner in the firm of Arnett, Draper and Hagood. He received his B.S. degree in 1953 and his J.D. degree in 1957 from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is a past president of the Knoxville Bar Association; past member of the Board of Governors of the Tennessee Bar Association and a member of the American Bar Association, International Association of Defense Counsel, and a Fellow, American College of Trial Lawyers and International Academy of Trial Lawyers. After 42 years of practice as a trial lawyer, he is presently concentrating his time and efforts to mediating all types of civil litigation.
