Stacie D. Miller

Stacie D. Miller joined Arnett, Draper and Hagood as an associate attorney in August 2008. Ms. Miller is admitted to practice in all Tennessee and Louisiana state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee and the Eastern District of Louisiana. She is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee, Louisiana and American Bar Associations.

Ms. Miller received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee in 1994 and was awarded her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in 2003. Thereafter, Ms. Miller practiced law in New Orleans, Louisiana until returning home to Knoxville in 2005. Her practice before joining Arnett, Draper and Hagood focused on general civil litigation including personal injury and family law.

At Arnett, Draper and Hagood, Ms. Miller practices in general civil litigation with a concentration in the areas of insurance defense, employment law, premises liability, workers’ compensation defense and personal injury. She is active in the community and served as co-chair of the Knoxville Bar Association’s Legal Placement Committee for 2010 and 2011.
