- Trials and settlement approvals in Chancery and Circuit Courts for pre-July 2014 claims, throughout East and Middle Tennessee.

- Appellate practice before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Special Workers’ Compensation Appeals Panel.
- Coordination of Family and Medical Leave (FMLA) with workers’ compensation absences.
- Assist with reasonable accommodation obligations pursuant to the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and returning employees to work.
- Counseling employers to avoid successful pursuit of retaliatory discharge action when employees are not returned to work following an occupational injury.
- Claim evaluation and negotiation.
- Preparation of settlement documents and obtaining settlement approvals before Court of Workers’ Compensation Claims (CWCC) Judges throughout East and Middle Tennessee.
- Counseling employers, carriers and third-party administrators regarding compliance with the Tennessee Workers’ Compensation Law and associated Rules and Regulations.
